Trip to the seaside!!!

Goodness, its been over a month since I last updated you! But school holidays bring change in routine, and we had an exciting imaginary trip to the seaside this morning!! The weather has not exactly been good for the first week of summer, so amidst the wind and rain, we bought the seaside indoors....icecream shop, metal detector, sand, sea and shells. Beach towels and reading material, and seaside songs. An hour and half later, we'd all had a wonderful time, complete with colourings, mazes and letter writing practice along the seaside theme.
